In the 1990s, a group of about 30 students took to Twitter to criticize a study that found female porn actresses had higher rates of abuse. Many of the tweets have since disappeared, but you might not know this because they weren’t deleted.
So, on Wednesday, I found this tweet:

My book On Pornography, along with the book I’m reviewing today, offers a look at four things by different women feminists have discovered over the past 25 years in this field. The authors included, in addition to their own contributions and the fact that they are still blogging, Amy Gwynn of the Institute for Feminism and an independent feminist activist. (I used the word “author” once to explain how Gwynn’s book was, and where women are getting their information from, but even Gwynn didn’t use “author” nearly as much.) I don’t agree with every word she says about porn. We know they’re not all, but we can’t let this information be an excuse.
