Android 18.0 Nougat Android 18.0 is an update in its third year, which means that it’s coming to Android Wear and the latest Wear for Wear watch. Android 18.0 has a few changes over Android 18.1 (and we have some nice additions to it we would love to share too) and Android 18.0 was designed to run as a separate app from the Android market, which means they will work for various Wear devices like Chromebaker, Smartwatch, etc. As you can imagine, Android 18.0 is much stronger than Android 18.1 and Android 18.0 2 coming one after another. Android 18.0 2 has some things in common with Android 2 (or other versions of Android), and you will see similar changes over time, but their differences are minimal and there is still plenty to learn. So before I get too excited about anything, you should know Android 18.0 is an update for Android and it is in beta for all new Wear devices over the coming weeks or days.
